Because every item is created just for you, some custom orders require a small design fee. This covers the time spent creating your artwork, making adjustments, and preparing your personalized file for production.
The fee varies depending on complexity, but don’t worry — I’ll always let you know up front before starting your design!
2. How do I place a custom order?
Super simple! You can message me through the site, contact me on social media, or submit a request on any product page. Share your ideas, colors, inspo pics, names, phrases — anything you want included. Once we chat details (including any design fee), I’ll get started on making magic happen!
3. What kind of products do you make?
I create custom apparel, glassware and drinkware, stickers, bookmarks, accessories, and so much more! If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, just ask — I LOVE tackling new custom ideas.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since everything is made especially for you, processing time is typically 5–10 business days. Larger or highly detailed orders may take a little longer. Shipping time is additional.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom-made, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error on my end. If something isn’t right, please reach out — your happiness truly matters to me, and I’ll always work to make it right.
6. Can I see a proof before you make my item?
Yes! Many custom orders include a digital mock-up so you can approve your design before production. Once you’re happy with it, I start pressing!
7. Do you offer bulk or group orders?
Absolutely! Perfect for events, teams, businesses, family trips, parties, and more. Bulk pricing is available — just message me with the details.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards are accepted, and you can also Pay in 4 interest-free installments at checkout — flexible, fast, and budget-friendly!
9. Do you ship?
Yes! I offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
10. Can I request something not listed on your site?
YES! If you have a vision, I’m ready to help bring it to life. Custom is what I do — never hesitate to reach out with your ideas.
11. How do I care for my custom items?
Apparel:
- Machine wash cold
- Turn inside out
- Avoid fabric softener
- Hang dry or tumble dry low
Glassware/drinkware:
- Hand-wash only to protect the design

12. What if I need to update my order?
If you need to make a change, message me right away. Once production begins, edits may not be possible — but I’ll always help any way I can.
